A New Chapter Begins…

En Español

This year, our little Dominican corner on the internet turned 22. Can you believe it? I certainly had no idea when I created what I thought was something I'd share with friends and family that it would become a life project and a calling. But things are changing...

Thank you!

First of all, let me tell you how grateful I am that you are here and for your support.

This would not be possible without you. You have been a support, a source of knowledge, and our only source of promotion.

A lot of the knowledge I've shared comes from our readers, so it's not hard to find it credited throughout the blog.

Don't forget to recommend us to your family and friends!

What's new?

We now have a team! Yes, this is no longer Tia Clara's one-woman band. As technology advances, things are getting much more complex, and I want to focus on the things I really love: Cooking, photographing, and writing about our cuisine.

Even though most of our content has been written by me, we've always had other voices. It's essential that my perspective is not the only one.

We are now joined by other talents with whom I am honored to collaborate to produce this love letter to our cuisine:

Meet us

This will be like a Mexican soap opera, because I want to be brief, and there is so much more I want to share with you about all that is changing.

Can I ask you a favor? Please follow us on Instagram, and find daily inspiration for authentic Dominican cuisine.

Un abrazo,

Tia Clara
