| You probably did not use full-cream milk. It needs fat in the milk. |

| I made this 2 nights ago and had just heavy milk. Then I was told by my grandmother that you must stir to the point where it looks like condensed milk. Aunt Clara I would suggest to update the recipe and advise how long you should leave it as I could not tell and took me 2 Days to figure it out.In the end delicous. |
