| Yes. It is traditionally prepared with the skin. But, if you feel you must, skin the chicken prior to boiling it. |

| my son has picked this recipe for us to make for a project in his spanish class....the recipe calls for 2lbs of chicken---which pieces will work best? with or without bones? and how long do you recommend boiling the chicken for? Thanks for your help!!! |

| I would suggest using chicken breast. Boned chicken breast, that is. Boil the chicken until they are thoroughly cook but still firm. Your time will vary depending on a number of things. It's hard to come up with a definitive number. |
