- 8 passion fruits (chinola) ripe
- ½ sugar (white, granulated) (optional), or to taste
- Ice
Instructions
1. Scoop out pulp
- Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
2. Blend
- Blend the pulp with 1 liter [¼ gallon] of water until the pulp breaks down, taking care not to over-blend the seeds.
3. Sieving
- Sieve with a fine-mesh sieve, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible.Discard the solids.
3. Sweeten and serve
- Add sugar or sweetener to taste (opcional).Add ice and serve.
