1. Chop zapote

  • Cut the zapotes (mamey) into halves and discard the pit.
    Scoop out the flesh (should be about 3 cups diced) and put in the blender vase.
    Peeling zapote (mamey).

2. Blend

  • Combine with the remaining ingredients (sugar, vanilla, milk, and ice) and blend in a heavy-duty blender until it is creamy and smooth.
    Placing in the blender.

3. Serve

  • Serve immediately.
    Serving mamey smoothie (batida de zapote).
