HOW TO MAKE ALBONDIGAS DE PESCADO
These fish balls are like summertime and beach flavors on your table! Make these great albondigas de pescado in tomato sauce with any inexpensive fish.
Combine seasoning paste and fish and breadcrumbs and grind in the food processor.
Grease your hands with some oil, make the fish paste into balls of about 1½" in diameter. Set aside in the fridge.
Make the tomato sauce and gently lower the fish balls into the sauce. Simmer for 5 mins. and flip to cook the other side for 5 mins.
Sprinkle with black pepper and parsley and serve.
This does not work as well with some frozen fish, as they tend to release too much liquid when thawed.
Fresh is best.
