Chocolate, Coffee and Vanilla Popsicles Recipe: There's no better summer dessert than popsicles, and these are very creamy, like eating a frozen pudding.
Mix the first two ingredients of each, plus condensed milk to taste. Stir until everything is mixed well. If you are going to make the three-layered popsicle, pour the chocolate mix into 8 popsicle molds, freeze hard. Once frozen pour in the coffee mix, add the wooden stick and freeze hard. Finish with the vanilla mix. You can also make them into separate popsicles molds.
Notes
A word of advice: Use molds with smooth sides, these popsicles were a bit harder to remove from the molds when I used the ridged molds (in the first picture).
