Cooking sausage: Wrap each sausage in two bacon strips. Grill until the bacon is crispy.
Assembling and serving: In the meantime, heat the oil over very lo heat. Cook and stir the onion until it turns translucent. Remove from the heat and mix with the relish.Serve the sausages with potato chips, or French fries, garnish with the onion/relish mix.
Dominican hot dog with cabbage
