Ingredients

  • 3 cups of diced fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup of white rum
  • 3 cups of coconut cream
  • 3 cups of ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup of sugar , or to taste
  • Pineapple for decorating

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients (minus sugar) and blend well. Add sugar to taste while still blending.
  • Decorate with a slice of pineapple. Serve immediately.

Notes

If you use sweetened coconut cream you'll have to make adjustments to the amount of sugar added.
