When I told you I had a long list of popsicle ideas I was going to work on I wasn't exaggerating even a little bit. It's what summers are for.
These Coffee, Chocolate and Vanilla Popsicles are incredibly creamy, as creamy as any store-bought popsicle you can find, but made at home, where you can enjoy it any time you want. They are also very easy and quick to make. Perfect for a hot summer day.
If you have the time, you can combine all three in one popsicle like the one above, or you can make them separate, in smaller sizes so you can try all three.
It's up to you.
Chocolate popsicles recipe
This condensed milk popsicle made with cocoa powder is easy to make, requires very few ingredients and has a very rich chocolate flavor
Coffee popsicles recipe
For kids I suggest that you use decaf coffee, caffeinated kids are not conducive to a peaceful home, but for adults, the coffee one is the perfect way to get our caffeine fix without breaking a sweat in the heat of summer with this coffee and condensed and evaporated milk popsicles.
Vanilla popsicles recipe
This vanilla-flavored popsicle recipe calls for actual vanilla, but in a pinch, you can also use vanilla extract. Either way will result in really creamy vanilla popsicles.
Buen provecho!

I love how simple these are! I'm partial to combining all three--yum!
I made the vanilla popcicles today. I added 2\3 cup of finely mashed peaches to the recipe. My 3 year old grandson and my family loved them! Thank you for a great recipe!
