| My version always includes generous amounts of chopped fresh parsley (I prefer flat leaf) and if available, mint (yerbabuena). I recently tried a tipili made by a friend which included both those herbs and was much tastier than mine: her secret was to add a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon - it made a huge difference so I will be adding those to my personal recipe from now on. |

| Different Twist Hi everyone! well particularly, I'm a big fan of tipile (taboule). They way I make it (which I hope you guys try) is by adding tomatoes, onions, cucumber and at times radishes. I also incorporate a generous amount of cilantro. Hope you try it ![]() |
