| Pollo Guisado is one of Dominican's favorite dishes and a regular feature on the lunch table. Because it is easy to prepare - and delicious - it is more commonly consumed that any other meat dish. In this chicken stew fresh vegetables, and a uniquely Dominican cooking method, are combined to produced a dish that is full of flavor. Time: 40 Mins Difficulty: Medium Serve: 4 people Before starting to cook: Wash the chicken with warm water and scrub with the lemon. Cut the chicken in small pieces. Ingredients:

| We are serving 200+ people at church a traditional Dominican meal and chose this recipe for its simplicity of prep. We tested it on our family first and it got rave reviews...great tasting sauce and wonderful served over rice. Instead of bone-in chicken we used boneless, skinless thighs and they were great in the recipe. Thanks! |

| Did you follow the recipe carefully? Others don't seem to have a problem with the result. |
