 Hello from Boston Hello everyone, It is so wonderful to hear that even if we are far from our country we can still carry it in our hearts and in our kitchen. Especially with the help of this website. I recently moved in with my boyfriend and he is the typical Dominican guy, wants his platanos and his Arroz con Abichuelas. Honestly I was one of those at home who wouldn't even take a look at the kitchen because my mother was the one who always did the cooking, but when you move in on your own it is a whole other story. Little by little the passion for the the kitchen is growing inside of me. I was Born in Dominican Republic but I have been here since I was 4 so this site helps me with a couple of recipes that my mom might not know about.       |
