| Hola!! Hi my name is Conrad I am a born a raised Dominican New Yorker who doesn't get to go to the isle of his families birth enough. So finding this site and trying out traditional cuisine for myself instead of having abuela cook for me. Although I don't complain about her cooking and never will be as good as her. But it's great to find a community of like minded individuals who love Dominican Cuisine. So thanks for hearing me out. Regards Conrad      |
