Hello..First I would like to start by saying that i hope im not breaking any of the site rules by posting this request. With that said. I own a Dominican resturant in NYC. Im trying to find a good professional chef that has extensive knowledge of classic dominican cooking. Being that what I am looking for is specific I have found it hard to find. Im hoping that mabye someone here can help point me in the right direction. It would be greatly appreciated.
