| Hello there. Just wondering is there a such thing as a Beef Liver Quich. I know there's something called Liver Pate'. Either way is there a recipe Close for this dish in a spanish way.... Thanks |

| Liver Qiche Porrige 1Cup in small pieces chopped Onions1/4Cup in small pieces chopped Ham 3 leaves in small pieces copped 2 Cups of Liver cutted in small stripes 1 inch long first heat up a pan and put Butter in the Liver firs bake till taking color and no more Water is in the Pan than put the other ingredience in and let the Pan on low Fire for 10 Minutes.Salt and black Pepper In a Baking Pan put Quichedoe in all ingrediences when they are low on temperature without the Liguid (this add to the Egg mix Quiche Egg mix 1/2 cup Milk 1 Cup Cream 1cup Eggs Salt ,Pepper ,and Rosmery (fresh and verry fine chopped) for 40 Minutes on 180 in the Oven. |

| Pate' In Spain are a big variaty of Pate' not only with Liver So what You realy want a Quiche (it is a Trat in Base of Eggs an diferent Fillings ? or Pate what is a very different Thing but for that exist also a big variaty of recepies.only one Thing it is not so easy to do it but it is possible. |
