| I love yuca! Any tips on how to peel it? I remember eating some of these that we bought premade in the supermarket I think they were called something like bollitas de yuca con queso (so with cheese in) and so would love to make them here. I have found a yuca supplier here in York (UK) at last and use it regularly in casseroles mmmmmmmm! ![]() |
