| I made this dish last week (actually for Thanksgiving) Mom didn't want to cook, I didn't want to cook, neither did my sister...last minute everybody was hungry & I took my labtop to the kitchen & made un pastelon de papas. We didn't have ground beef & I didn't want to use chicken so I used longaniza picada instead & it actually came out very good. My mom liked it sooooo that's a winner. Thank you for having this site. It's going to be my Christmas guide because I'm cooking this year. Mom wants to retire from cooking. Have a nice day! |
