Hello I am interested in making some Arepa, and couldn't find corn flour in any store. My son's grandma makes it and I could swear that its made with corn meal. Could you please help me with my delima thanks

Aunt Clara has a great recipe for arepa on her site. I don't know your location but I am sure you can find corn flour in any super market or maybe a health food store or is there a spanish store in your area? Try there. Good luck.

thanks for the info. My husband had suggested that I stop by a spanish grocery, we have several in our area. So it is indeed cornflour huh?..okay I'll try, and tell ya how it went.
