| Ok. So it is sophisticated in my opinion. This is one of those dishes that you will either hate or love. No middle grounds. In my own home my husband won't try it and my salad-loving kid spat it out. But if your tastes are as sophisticated as yours truly, and nothing like those philistines I call my family, you will also love the contrast of textures, flavors and colors in this dish. | gorgonzola & blue cheese are different...and its an acquired taste...in my home they skip these cheeses and stick to fetta cheese |

| This is a great salad that you can get really creative with... Substitute almonds or walnuts for the peanuts, substitute pear for the apple... You can also use raspberries instead of tomatoes! Delicioso! |
