I do not follow instantly, If there is something in it I do really not like I leave it out and use something else.
And I do like to improvise, all the time , and never had com planes so , I keep up wit it .

I improvise. I know what I like and if i fail, well, I tried and I can always try again with other tweeks here and there. I guess because my mom is such a great cook I learned from the best I do know my way around Domincan food very well (not to toot my own horn ). So I do adjust recipes often. Even with American dishes I often find myself "Dominicanising" them to some extent. No one else complains and as long as no one does I will improvise. My boyfriend is Afro-American and he loves Dominican food
