Tostones or fritos maduros?

Following MissDominiPiggy's suggestion we decided to start a poll about which one is more popular. Tostones or fritos maduros, what say you?

I really like tostones but I grew up eating maduros. Us folk from the other smaller islands don't really eat green plantain. My family find it weird, although nobody's ever turned downed tostones when I've made them! When I brought my cousins over to the the DR last year, they were simply baffled by it, they couldn't understand how anyone could eat unripe plantain. I was converted from the first bite but with my sweet tooth, maduro wins hands down!

Tostones all the way !!!!!! I live in the desert and we don't get platanos here often that come green, so when they do, you can bet i'm frying them everyday. I love them, then pour some mojito over them, WOW!!!!!!!!
