| I am mostly vegetarian, eating red meat on VERY rare occasions. I eat some poultry, and a good bit of fish. if they start cloning animals and not labeling them, though, that'll be when i give it up altogether! |

| After being a vegeterian for years I went back to eating meat (very selctively). I have now made myself the promise to become a vegeterian again, for health benefits this time around however, I will call myself a pescetarian (fish and vegetables) or an veggiquarium ( new word on About.com) My promise is set to start May 1, 2008. So I am looking thru the Dominican cooking for ideas on receipes. My preferences has been Vegetables for a very long time. Lina |
