I speak both English and Spanish fluently, but I speak English more on a daily basis. I really only speak Spanish when I talk to my abuela and spanglish to my mom and sister. It's kinda sad...My husband is 1/2 Jamaican and 1/2 Cuban, and he can't speak Spanish well, but he speaks Jamaican Patois fluently.
