| We have had some excellent guest writers in the past, writing about such varied topics as Dominican dishes for diabetics to the perfect way to prepare Dominican coffee. Others have written about their countries cuisines, from Cuba to Bahamas. I am sure some of you have something to share with the rest of us, whether it be a topic of Dominican cuisine in particular, or food in general. Maybe you have some cooking tricks and tips you'd like to share, or a Dominican recipe you've mastered. Send us your contribution, if we publish it we'll send you a small gift as a token of our appreciation. If you send us a recipe, please send a photo with it. Please make sure your article is comprised of 4 - 6 paragraphs. We might edit it and translate it for publication. Rules: Needless to say, all contributions must be your original creation, and it should not have been published before in any medium. Please be aware that we know very well other sources on the same subject, and I particularly have a very extensive collection of Dominican cookbooks. We take plagiarism and copyright violations very seriously. We reserve the right not to publish anything that we deem inappropriate, out of bounds for our website or material which provenance we have doubts about.
