It's been a couple of months since our last contest, so we wanted to make it special, this time we're giving away 6 prizes, three for each site. The rules are very simple, and we would love to see your participation.

These are the prizes:
Winners at DominicanCooking.com: 3 copies of our cookbook Traditional Dominican Cookery
Winners at CocinaDominican.com: 3 copies of the cookbook Cocina Criolla Dominicana courtesy of Editorial Letra Gráfica (publisher).

This is what you have to do to win:
Take a picture of your Christmas or New Year's Eve Buffet and send it to us. We'll have an open public vote to elect the winners.

Your photo MUST show a sign with the name of our site to verify that this is indeed an original photo. Photos will NOT be judged on the quality of the photo as much as on the presentation of your dinner. You are allowed to submit many photos but they will be considered part of the same entry. You can only participate in one of the sites, duplicated entries will be removed as we see fit.

These are the rules:
Only confirmed members may participate (members who have a post count of at least 5 as of submission).
Photos must be original, unpublished, and copyright must belong to the participant.
Photos must not contain inappropriate material (duh!).
Photos must be summited by January 3rd.
You must place a small sign (paper or cardboard) with the name of our site next to the dish when you photograph it.

And the small print:
Open only to participants who reside in the Dominican Republic, EU, US, and Canada. We reserve the right to make any changes to this contest as we see fit. Fraudulent entries will be removed. Final results are final. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary. More stuff could be added later. Etc.
