We have added a new book to our shop, coincidentally called La Cocina Dominicana too. By far the most complete book about Dominican cooking that we've come across. Comprised of 576 recipes, and now in its 16th edition, this book brings us dozens of color photos, tips and tricks, Dominican food for infants and babies, and much more. In 1959 Ms. Ligia de Bornia published what later became the text book in Home Economics in Dominican public schools. With each edition she expanded on the previous work.
