La Cocina Dominicana by María R. de Carías has been out of print for years. A few years ago we got our hands on a few boxes of books, but they are almost sold out since we started selling books to help support our site. These are the last ones available anywhere.

Since it is practically impossible to get more we are soon going to remove it from our store. There are only seven left, so if you want to acquire one of the best Dominican cookbooks ever published, and the only hardcover one, do it now.
