I'm a 3-star chef from connecticut, I travel around the world, and also search for recipes in every way i can, just so I can perfect my art! I went to Johnson and Whales and several different cooking classes, etc... just to sharpen my skills. This site caught my interest in many ways, I love hispanic food a lot!
