| Is this the same as Pollo al Horno?! Okay, is this recipe the same as "Pollo al Horno" or different?! If it's different could you or someone please tell me the trick to making Pollo al Horno to perfection. I've tried several times different ways including the recipe listed above, as well as, even boiling the chicken prior to baking to keep it extra tender and juicy inside, but it never seems to come out quite right. Please, tell me the secret or best way to make Pollo al Horno! ![]() |

| When I went to the wasakaka place in DR I asked them what was the ingredients in the sauce and the lady said that it included the following: -Mashed or Minced garlic -Chopped onions -Lemon juice -Bitter Orange (Narangja Agria) She said the Narangja Agria was the key ingrdient in the sauce... Mmmm it was yummy! |
