Easy, easy. And pretty healthy too. And it looks and tastes exotic. What else could you ask for in a recipe?
No sesame oil? Use olive oil.
Ingredients (2 ppl) - 8 large prawns
- 1 cup of mangetout
- 1 cup of broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup of carrots, sliced very finely
- 1 cup of celery stalks
- 1 cup of leeks
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of chili oil (optional)
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce.
Preparation: - Steam the shrimps and vegetables until they are firm but tender. Mix chili oil, sesame oil and say sauce and spread over the vegetables and prawns.
