I followed the recipe for Dominican cake but because I didn't have a scale I couldn't do it correctly. I was hoping someone could convert the measurements into cups rather than pounds. Also my merenge frosting came out horrible. Any advice will be helpful!!!!

I cannot stress enough the importance of measuring carefully when it comes to baking, conversions are not exact, so cook beware!
