| Sorry, but I have never heard of this type of filling. Maybe you meant Crème Pâtissière (pastry cream, crema pastelera)? |

| Hello Aunt Clara, Yes, tres leche is a totally different cake, I have made it several times, but I put in quotations "tres leche" in my last reply because that is what many people call it. I believe it is dulce de leche but have no clue how to make it. Do you have a recipe? Thanks, Jackie |
