| So achiote, annato, bija...same thing? wow, didnt realize. its so nice to find actual annato to use instead of the Goya Sazon with all of its MGG..bleh! |

| Caster sugar is very fine sugar used in baking. In the US it is sold as 'superfine' sugar. You can also make your own by putting normal white sugar in a food processor for a few moments.
