So achiote, annato, bija...same thing? wow, didnt realize.

its so nice to find actual annato to use instead of the Goya Sazon with all of its MGG..bleh!

Caster sugar is very fine sugar used in baking. In the US it is sold as 'superfine' sugar. You can also make your own by putting normal white sugar in a food processor for a few moments.
