| That's what I thought!!!!!! Now maybe you could tell me if there is a semi-definitive list on the site of common ingredients (spices,herbs,meat cuts etc.) for us linguistically challenged people!! Glad to be here! Now if they just get my new kitchen finished I might actually be able to do some cooking! ![]() Quite a challenge to follow a strict diet when you don't have a kitchen......... |

| Moja? Hi Everybody! My friend from Colombia was trying to describe a part of the chicken to me. I can't exactly the Spanish word she used, but I believe it was "moja" or similar to that. She said that it is a part that has to do with food digestion, so I'm guessing it must be the stomach or intestines, but she wasn't sure and we couldn't find it in the dictionary. Does anybody know what I'm talking about? Thanks a million, Esther |
