Piyoya- thanks for the article link! I am fascinated with the eating habits and food budgets around the world. The different staples of international households are interesting. A book that i ordered to buy because i liked checking it out from the library so much is titled- You eat what you are by author Thelma Barer-Stein. Check it out. This book is categorized by multicultural traditional foods. Some information is updated as it becomes available, but for the most part the author is right on point with her knowledge. thanks again

Great article...VERY interesting. Pig Knuckles? I guess I can't knock it 'til I try it. I didn't even know pigs had knuckles!

I guess I spoke before doing my research. Turns out Pig Knckles is the same as pig feet ...Who Knew In which case it's safe to say ewwwwww. I hate pig's feet!!!!
