| Aunt Clara, This is one of the few Dominican dishes I can't make no matter how hard I try. Its really embarasing since I am Dominican Born and love it soo very much. But this and Avena a La Dominicana and Bacalao quisado always kick my butt. Whenever I am in the mood for this dish I need to bribe my hubby into making it for me. He adds a bit of Dominican Vanilla which always makes everything taste so much better yummy. Lina |
