To get rid of strong odors in your hands rub the on your hands and vinegar and then rinse with abundant running water.

Don't let food overcook in the oven turn the fire off a few minutes before, the remaining heat will be enough to finish the cooking.

when making chops of any sort-try adding a little bit of hp sauce and basil to the cooking oil.

When frying fish or meat, use low heat but make sure to put the fish when there's smoke on the skillet . Use high heat when frying rice.
