I had just bought "Puerto Rican Cuisine in America: Nuyorican and Bodega Recipes" by Oswald Rivera in Barnes and Noble and me being 1/2 PR, 1/2 DR, I wanted to find a Dominican equivalent. I searched and either ordered your book in bn.com or amazon.com. The book led me to this website!

I wish there were more pictures in "Traditional Dominican Cookery"; that way I can see if I'm doing it right!

Hi Tennille, there is a fully illustrated, full color, large size version of the book. Follow my signature for details.
