Ya Mondongo is on the top of my list too yuck! I also do not eat any seafood (allergic to shellfish so i just stay away from any seafood) And I also hate the taste of Aquacate..i'm a picky eater

I'm with ChicaDr, mondongo doesn't appeal to me. I also won't eat morsillas, pig's ears/ feet, etc.

So, I Have Some Question Why In The Dominican Recipe We Have Few Recipe With Vegetables ? We Eat Every Part Of Animal Meat, But Vegetables Uuunnnm, I Love It.

I agree with pretty much all of the answers given: morsillas,mondongo (although I USED to like it),chicken feet,pig's ears and feet and TAIL!,cow's tongue (YUCK!!) and tail,I don't like seafood either...except tuna and bacalao (but made only a certain way!), I don't like GALLINA...I like my chicken,but not hen! I don't like molondrones,either. No chivo,for me,thanks...eww! I'm sure there's a lot more that I can't think of right now.

I won't eat tongue, foot or ear of any animal. That goes for tail 2. (Except ox tail, of course).

I Love mondongo. But I hate Gallina. The meat is tough and gamey.
