In addition to what has already been mentioned (which I just love by the way)

moro de gandules
gandules guisado con arroz blanco
yucca (con cebolla frita) y queso blanco
pastelon de platano
tostones
ensalada de papa (rusa)

Yes, this list can go on and on. I feel myself gaining weight even thinking about it.

I was forgetting arepitas de yuca. I can't live without them!!

Pescado con coco o moro de guandules con coco......Where my parents are from they are really big on sea food and coconut! I personally dislike it, but my husband and relatives can not live with out it!

In regards to snacks/picaderas.....las masitas con mavi! My son loves that as a snack and as a kid i did too!

Forgetting carnita fritas, Mollejas fritas, Yuca sancochada, Asopao, sancocho, mondongo, carne guisada, pinchos, bistec ensebollado all which go GRRREAT with yes, lets say it together now...TOSTONES.
