I have a six month old baby and my current weight is 155lbs. I am only nineteen and my height is 64". I believe I need to lost weight...but how if I am eating rice at least twice a day. I am not big at all but I sure am chubby.

My wife opted for the tummy tuck. Actually, her doctor pescribed it for her. We have wonderful 2 and half month old triplets. 2 boys 1 girl. I got lucky!!!!!

That is not some good idea to eat rice twice a day !
I think you should have to change your daily meals and habbits !
I also came to know about some fitness belts but not sure about thier function

I think you're right about the rice. But I eat rice 3x a day since it's the staple food in our country and Im still slim. I think one only has to reduce the servings of rice,say half a cup every meal. And yes, change the type of meals or reduce the junk foods.

i am amazed to hear that you eat rice thrice a day and is slim !
that is a big news because i know rice is an important factor to be some one fat without concerning of quantity

it is good to take care off your body, but do not over do,............ do not weight yourselfs every day.even better do not put a scale in tha house, it will cost you more grief than happyness.better look in the mirror and than take action on that point you do not like , mussles weight more than fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do not forget this.

( I am not an fat woman,..... I am normal , have a bailey after 3 children not weirdh)
