Pita Pizza

Something quick and good to make when you are hungry.

Ingrediants:
Pita
Ketchup
Salami
Cheese

You take pita. (you can find it at a supermarket if you don't know what it is) Get some ketchup (or BBQ sauce) and smere it over the pita. (2 taplespoons or so) Take salami and place it on the pizza (enough that you can't really see the pita/ketchup anymore underneath). Then place cheese and put it on top of the salami. Now put it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
and you got yourself a pita pizza

I do this all the time for my daughter. I use mashed-up fresh tomatoes, cheese (mozzarella for me, fresh cheese for her, mozzarella is too stringy for babies) and olives for me. Pop in the oven and a couple of minutes later, quick lunch.

Is it possible to just use an oven toaster instead of a microwave oven?
