hay mi Dios....I hope the person who wrote this recipe still visits the site.

I tried this recipe tonight and I wanted to report my findings as well as ask some questions.

First I'll begin by saying that this recipe is absolutely DELICIOUSSS! It was very yummy. However, I find that the recipe makes no reference as to what to do with the tomato paste and I have no idea what this recipe is supposed to look like. My plate came out watery so what I did was add a little bit of corn starch and put on the flame a few minutes to thicken the sauce mixture of the liquid and mayo combined. The tastes was really really good and I want to make it again. Oh I guess another question I have is what to do with the oregano? When do you mix it in the recipe? What seasoning do you mean? Is it adobo?
