Hi, i was looking for a recipe for a seasoning for a pork shoulder and bumped into this site by sheer chance. im 100% dominican (born, not raised) but im big on italian dishes (real italian dishes). I never got into making dominican dishes, i leave those to my wife. after viewing most of the recipes, its amazing how simple yet delicious these dishes are to make. ill be hooked on this site for a long time. ill be moving from ny to atlanta soon (not too many dominicans down there) so this site will definately come in handy....now im hooked
