I don’t have exactly a recipe, but this is the way I prepare sweet farina.

Put some farina in a bowl. Then, add milk to soak the farina. Boil a little bit of water with cinnamon powder, lime peal, and clove powder (you can use whole clove and cinnamon if you prefer). Then add sugar to your taste, and a little bit of salt. When the sugar is dissolved, add evaporated milk. Make sure that the liquid double the farina. When the milk is boiling, taste to make sure you like the sweetness. Lower the temperature, just like if making rice, add the soaked farina to the bowling content and keep steering until it becomes thick. Enjoy it. Hope it helps.

I buy the farina that can be cooked in 21/2 minutes. It is faster to prepare and it is smoother when cooked.
