| Cooking Class in DR Hello I am an American in DR. Aunt Clara do you hold any type of cooking classes? Sorry this may be a stupid question. I purchased your cookbook as soon as it came out. Didn't know if you offer anything down here as well. Thanks      |

| Sorry, but no, we do not offer any cooking classes. As for others doing that, frankly, I doubt it. Most people learn how to cook the Dominican fares from their moms and other relatives (hence my screen name). I suggest you make friends with somebody's "mami" and convince them to teach you.  It's cheaper.
