Eye How to make breading stick to chuletas?

How to make breading stick to chuletas? i tried one of the recipes for chuletas and it involved breading, i seasoned them a bit dipped them in egg mixture then added breading but when it came time to flip them over (i was baking) most of the breading on bottom came off! i had even put olive oil in the bottom of the pan, any suggestions?

This is just an opinion, but I think maybe you let them sit too long and the bread got too soggy.
Have you tried again, frying them right as you bread them?
If you have, let me know. I'm curious.
