Another name for Verduras ;)

When I learned to cook in Santo Domingo, we would always just pick up "verdura", cilantro and "cilantro ancho" (someone once told me it was called) but here in Canada I had a had time finding my second cilantro...

I finally sniffed it out (literally) at a West Indian grocery store, the first time I went the man at the cash had no idea what it was called either... second time I did get an answer: 'Shadow Benny' he said most people call it.

If anyone else was running into the same problem, I hope that helps.

Buen Provecho!
