Steamed shrimps and veggies

Easy, easy. And pretty healthy too. And it looks and tastes exotic. What else could you ask for in a recipe?

No sesame oil? Use olive oil.

Ingredients (2 ppl)
  • 8 large prawns
  • 1 cup of mangetout
  • 1 cup of broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup of carrots, sliced very finely
  • 1 cup of celery stalks
  • 1 cup of leeks
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of chili oil (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce.

Preparation:
  1. Steam the shrimps and vegetables until they are firm but tender. Mix chili oil, sesame oil and say sauce and spread over the vegetables and prawns.
  2. Serve hot
